A short trip to Brunei

Last weekend I followed my parents to Brunei Darussalam . This is our first trip to Brunei .

Thank you ayah and mama for making this trip an enjoyable one. Alhamdulillah.

Sad and Happy Hariraya

It's already the 8th of Syawal and I'm going back to school today.



My Hariraya was a combination of sad and happy modes .

1st Syawal my grandmother (my father's mother ) passed away peacefully . I was there to read some quranic verses and and I couldn't hold my tears from flowing down my cheeks . I love my grandmother Sapiah very much. Even though she seldom remembered me and she always asked me the same questions whenever she greeted me . " Sapo namo ekau ?? Umur ekau beghapo ?? " those were her favourite questions . I would give her the same answer again and again and sometimes I smiled and giggled when she asked me those questions.

I kissed my grandmother on her cheek for the very last time before her body was fully covered with kain kafan .

I'm gonna miss her . Al Fatihah.


It's raya time . Of course I wanted to be happy but with what had happened on the 1st raya, my mom decided not to visit anybody on the 2nd raya . My father was still on his way back from Abu Dhabi to visit his mother's grave ( felt sorry for him since he wasn't here with us on hariraya ) . My father arrived in Perak after maghrib and he hugged and kissed me as usual . He looked sad because his beloved mother was no longer here to stay.

On 3 rd raya my parents brought me to visit my mom's auntie and my auntie in Ipoh. We also visited my mom's father's grave in Ipoh .





I'm happy to meet all my cousins in Ipoh during hariraya .



4th raya we came back to Kemaman .

That's my raya story .

One more week before we celebrate Eid Mubarak.

This year I am quite sad because I am not able to complete my Ramadan , so far I had missed 3 days of fasting because of my illness, joints infection and stomach ache . I was admitted to KMC for 2 days and had to take some medications to cure my illness.

My mom says it's okay to skip fasting because I was sick and she still keeps her promise to give RM50 and a new bicycle as my Syawal gifts . My daddy had already given me USD50 for my raya token. Thanks daddy.

I asked my mom :

" Why does Allah make me sick during this fasting month ?? "

My mom answered :

" Because Allah loves you and HE wants to test you whether you are strong and patient or not . "

Well.... I love ALLAH and I know ALLAH loves me too .





I am also happy now because my nephew Umair is now at my house and he really likes to play with me, sometimes he pulls my hair and my glasses ( I'm now wearing glassse ) . I love Umair .

Both my sisters Sofie and Maya had gone back to their towns and I am going to miss them very much .


I like to wish " SELAMAT HARI RAYA , MAAF ZAHIR BATIN " to all of you . We are going back to Ipoh, only me, mama and Izzat ... my daddy is away in Abu Dhabi this Syawal...I miss him...

A visit to Sabah

August 5th-10th my family and I visited Kota Kinabalu Sabah. I had a chance to visit Mount Kinabalu and many other tourist attractions.

My 7th birthday ...

Yesterday was my 7th birthday. I was so excited and happy to have many cupcakes baked by my sister Sofie. I also celebrated my birthday at school in the morning and in the evening I had another party at home.




Praise be to Allah . I'm now a happy 7-year-old girl ...

Medan Trip

School holidays is almost over . I am so happy because this time around I got a chance to spend my holidays away from Kemaman .

I met my grandmothers Wan Sapiah and Opah Lipah in Ipoh and then my family and I went on a 6-day-trip to Medan Indonesia.

Medan, Parapat, Lake Toba and Brastagi are a few places that we visited. The zcenery was very amazing .

Thank you daddy for inviting me to join this trip ..love you ayah.

I miss Umair

I miss my nephew Umair who had gone back to Jordan . I hope Umair is happy and healthy there.

Holidaysssssssssssss

School holidays is almost finished . In a week time I'l be going to my new school, SRI Al Amin .

I am so happy because my parents brought me to many places during this school holidays. We spent raya haji at my uncle's place in Shah Alam . I met my Opah there .Then we went to Ipoh to visit my Wan . The next day we went to Penang . I enjoyed myself there. Lots of places to explore . After Penang we went to KL where my dream came true when I finally got a chance to be on top of the KL tower. After KL we came back to Kemaman and then comtinued our holiday trip to Kuala Terengganu and Kota Bharu .

Wowwww..... I'm the happiest girl in the whole world .

Holidays ... I'm loving it !!

Dolly Mimie,

It's been a busy week for me as I am now enjoying my long school holiday .

I went to Pantai Chendor with my family to have breakfast there. Next, I went Puteri Club for swimming in the pool. Then my mom brought me to the public library and I read a few storybooks. My mom also brought me to the playground at Padang Astaka and Pantai Teluk Mak Nik.

Last Saturday we all went to Kuantan and I bought a few workbooks for standard 1. I'm now working on it everyday .

I cannot wait to spend my holidays somewhere else but I have to wait for my daddy . He will be coming back before Hari Raya aidil Adha.

My Graduation Day

Two more days before I finish my school. Then there'll be a very long holidays until 2009 where I'll be in Year 1 at SRI Al Amin. I sat for the placement test at Al Amin last week.






31st October 2008 was my graduation day. I took part in 3 events and received a certificate for completing my kindergarten at Tadika Sri Cemerlang Awlad.


Thank you so much to all teachers .... Teacher Bada, Syikin, Anis, Ros, Nurul and teacher Nani .


Tomorrow is the last day of school and I'll get my yellow belt from my taekwando instructor for passing the test . I'll resume my taekwando class next year at Al Amin , InsyaAllah.

Chiangmai Holidays ... best ...

Chiangmai Trip took place from 1st to 4th August 2008. I was so happy to be in Thailand.

I am so busy now because my sisters maya and sofie are still on holidays.

Holidays in Indonesia

Dolly Mimie,

I just came back from Indonesia for my school holidays . It was a very wonderful holidays. Thank you daddy and mommy who brought me along to Bandung , Puncak and Jakarta.

It was so much fun to be there especially having a chance to soak my feet in the boiling volcanic mud at Kawah Domas in Tangkuban Perahu near Bandung . THe jungle trekking all the way down the mountain gave me an unforgettable hiking of a lifetime.

I also had the opportunity to view and feed the animals at the Indonesia safari near Bogor. We fed the animals with carrots that we bought from the villagers . For the first time in my life I saw many animals just inches away from me . Elephants, zebras, deers, rhinos, hippos, orang utans, lions, tigers, giraffes and many other animals all can be seen roaming outside our car . It was so amazing.

I also plucked strawberries at Kavling Strawberry Farm in Bandung. I was given a small basket and just plucked any starwberries that I liked. Unfortunately I am a strawberry eater, I do not like strawberry.So, I just picked and my mom and dad who do the eating part.

The rest is shopping .... my mom bought many stuff for me too . thanks mommy.

The holiday is indeed amazing and fascinating .

I can't wait to get back to school next Monday... bye............

Telematch Day and Teacher's Day !!

Yesterday was my school's telematch day . I was all excited to take part in so many events. My house is red or satria.

I took part in bowling, isi air dalam botol, IQ challenge , makan pisang , lari ikat kaki, pancing ikan, susun botol. I was so happy to have completed all the tasks given.

Even though my house got the last place, the 4th , I was so glad to be with my friends and all mothers and fathers who were also present .

As yesterday was also The Teacher's Day, I took the opportunity to wish all my teachers.. a happy teacher's day and thank you... I also bought some presents for my teachers .

Salam to all my friends.

I'm very busy nowadays. This Friday I'll take part in my school's telematch . I'm in the red house. My mommy and daddy will be there to give me their moral support. I hope I'll win in all events , InsyaAllah.

Last weekend my daddy who is here for his one month holiday brought me, my mom and my brother Izzat to a new mall in kuantan, The East Coast Mall. The mall is so big and beautiful. However, we just went window shopping since my mom said we had nothing to buy at that moment. Before we left the mall we bought 6 doughnuts from the Big Apple and then we had the yummy baskin robin ice cream.

I am a big girl now so my mom and daddy always make sure that I perform my solat 5 times a day and never miss my quranic recitation . I want to be a very good girl so that Allah loves me at all time, InsyaAllah.
